I think it would be nice, if you could set what the special commands are
in the world features, like have a textbox in the features, where you could
put comma or space separated special commands, so you don't have to use the
default Rotate and Move

I like that idea, but it would limit another idea which I've suggested in the past... which is to add an alternative syntax of the move command based on the syntax of the rotate command that only uses the Y axis, and have the alternative move command syntax not restricted.

But the good of this could be if you had a public build world, and you
didn't want people putting allot of coronas or lights in their builds, or
having the teleport and warp commands.
