I think it would be usefull, for when u have commands that have a time=
property such as move or rotate that you could use rand or rnd as a value,
that each time would randomise the value each time, or even, to use it
anywhere

ex:

Create Move 0 4 0 time=4 wait=rnd

good idea, but needs 2 arguments : upper and lower limit, so
you can decide that it always has to change at least a little,
but not too much.
