it, but the bot zoomed off beyond recovery. pls help :)

The first phone bot, that actually uses a phone booth! AWPhone1.2 is coming you way soon!

Create YFix me true, and so forth

I wish there was a set of commands
XFix, YFix, ZFix, YawFix and AllFix, that when activated, would make the
user stick to that object while the object is moving or rotating, as long as
the user doesnt rotate upside down, and the user would be able to get off
the object, simply by walking off it, but while they are touching it, they
stick to it.

This would make doing some kinds of building, much easier, and would allow
for more realistic buildings that could be much taller (ie: lifts) instead
of having to have a small bump warp underneath, or simply being shot up and
some redicule speed.

It would also be great for doing demonstrations, as you could move the
viewers around at your leisure.

I for one, think these rather simple set of commands, would make AW much
more powerfull, and fun to use :D

Random time command (rand)

I think it would be usefull, for when u have commands that have a time=
property such as move or rotate that you could use rand or rnd as a value,
that each time would randomise the value each time, or even, to use it
anywhere

ex:

Create Move 0 4 0 time=4 wait=rnd

Flood protection built into the browser

I think that there should be a user specifiable flood protection system in
the AW browser, so you can specify the max number of msgs recived by any one
person in 3 seconds (less than that and theres no point really)

Something i noticed about scale in AW

May 17, 2002, 5:06pm
Hi,

According to aw, one object 'click' ie: a single move in any direction is 1
meter...
this makes say a pp01.rwx object 4 meters high, making the avs 3.5 meters
tall

I dont know about you lot, but i think sum1 skewed up.

I thought the idea of AW (well, one of them at least) was to provide a
REALISTIC enviroment, well perhaps they should rethink their object scale
ratio..
