How about adding the option to use hotkeys to run AW in fullscreen when
running in Direct3D. Then use "tab" to bring back the browser menus.
Building is soo much easier without all this junk on the sides and top in
the way :)

Don't need the browser and toolbars to build. Mine you right click to bring
up the object properties box. Surely mines not the only one like this ...

Exactly, you need the object properties box, which is a windowing =
element... if you went to a fullscreen 3d mode (which would support a =
lot more 3d cards were it feasable) you'd not have access to the object =
properties box. The only way you would is if the dialogue code was =
rewritten from the ground up to be rendered by the 3d engine. Not a =
quick job, developing a new interface system.
It would sure be nice tho.

Ok then, how about the option to get rid of the top and bottom of the
browser like simular to Internet Explorer in full screen mode. Put the
option in the toolbar. If they can let us turn off the toolbar, web, and
tabs then this should not be a prob. Even with those options turned off it
still covers a good portion of the top and bottom of the screen...
