oh boy! is it Q+A time with roland? I have a question! Will be each be
able to register 1 custom avatar per citizen account, or will we be able
to switch around as we see fit? Or, what it we register one file name,
then upload a new file and don't notify COF about it?

I didn't think to ask that because it was not my major concern. I assume
that when an avatar is first downloaded it is tagged or the url is recorded
or something. I don't know, but I would assume it is automatic.

Wow that's weird, because when he first told me in Beta(The world beta) few
months ago, he said it was going to be universe based. After I said would
it be toggled in worlds? he told me that it would be universe based,
otherwise we would get cust avs that work in some worlds but not others.
that's pretty much exactly what he told me (I am paraphrasing of course)
Guess he changed his mind.

Also, about grovers post, I asked if we could use more than one cust av at a
time, and he said something like "Oh shoot, more than one? well that pretty
much throws a wrench in all my plans" Who knows if he is going to try for
more than one? or just stick with his plans, which have probably changed
anyway.

Okey, this may disturb nearly none of you. So don't brace yerself.
i hope he NEVER add the cutom object/avatar features.

Why? Because it will bring a whole new way of vandalizing, responsibility,
making up too much lag,etc etc.

Say this avatar sports a giant nude pic walking around GZ, or it has a
zillion vertexes, or it says like 'Boo hoo to COF' etc etc.

i'd hate it! truly hate it!

Not in the way he's planning to impliment tho. In the current hash, it sounds
like COF must approve the custom avatar before they will allow the user to
assign it as their custom av. From his "aw shit" response, it sounds almost
like he's adding another line to the citizen registry for the avatar URL- this
would be a "simple" way of working the registration, and keep the vulgar/buggy
avs out.
