Evening All,

After a delightful conversation with JP who has told me to 'fuck off' I am
apparently going to be sued by Active Worlds for distributing illegal 3.6
universes, and my account has been dissabled.

It is of course a lie, it seems AWI does not like harsh comments about 4.1
being given.

Feel free to be pissed off, I am.

Either way I assure you all all I have not, at any point, distributed any
3.6 universes to anyone, nor any 3.5, 3.4, 3.3 etc etc etc.

Now, I know as a *FACT* that JP's claim to have a 'witness' to this
distribution is a lie - simply because I dont have an illegal 3.6 universe.

Some of you will probably be glad of this, and I hope the majority of you
will be mortified that someone who has given 5 years and thousands upon
thousands of hours to Active Worlds (and a significant portion to AWI
themselves) is threatened in such a way.

I will start a blog of the proceedings on www.temporal-solutions.co.uk for
when my newsgroup access gets killed.

Ok, but seriously, I've been banned before in a case similar to this.
Someone got my ppw somehow (Josh) and vandalized Ray's daughter's world,
(Rae). Without even having sufficient proof, I was banned from
Activeworlds. Took them an hour to realize what had happened (I was
banned within 2 minutes of the event). O_O

Another case was that of what happened recently. Evidently, to unban
someone, one must get spend one week talking, and getting permission
from JP or Rick.

Thankfully, after another phone call - JP has been considerate and is making
more direct investigations in an attempt to validate what he has been told.

This in my opinion is a much better way to go about it than being swore at
constantly.

I will of course try to keep everyone upto date, I have no doubt that if
done properly JP will find what he has been told by this unknown 3rd part is
infact in lie.

Here is hoping this will end civilly, so no rioting in the streets plz.

Interesting how these things can get so blown out of proportion and
deconstructed in cyberland, indeed I am sorry to hear your account has been
shutdown Strike...
You have always dealt wiht me in a no nonsense manner which I have
appriciated.. no BS and professionally aswell I might add.
I hope the confusion is resolved and we dont see another playground
situation to be let to arise.
Many variables as to what could or may or may not happened.
Sometimes it is hard when people work on projects and tempers get frayed.
But let us remember it can be tough at the top.
Prolly lots of pressure with the 4.1 browser being created... Lots of
headaches etc...
With any luck everyone will remember the goal of what we are here for... to
progress... move forward... and develop the technology we all enjoy.
You've always had that in mind when talkin to you Strike... and you will
suceed in pretty much anything you do even if it dont pan out, you've proven
that with your Evo bot and other work- and remember you have head start on
many older than your age...
You are able to act professionally and without drama in my personal
expereince- so something does seem a miss...
Hopefully the veil will lift itself and all will be well... you are indeed
an asset to AW and will be missed if its a permanent ban ;(
