Regarding Contests, Building & AWTeens,
I rarely post to the Newsgroup, but seeing these topics I felt inclined to share my thoughts. First as an artist in Real Life and Activeworlds(builder), the artwork of the Artist is always subject to the whims of the artist, unless ownership rights have been given away. This would include deleting them for whatever reason(This is a feature of citizenship registration). Contest entries should clearly state any property ownership transfer, if that is to be a factor of participating. As for AWTeens, its been my pleasure to meet many nice teens in AW(especially during my time running AWCamp a few years ago). The majority of the teenagers I have seen in AW are very bright talented people with a sincere interest in participation and community. Adults and teens alike can hold strong opinions. While we may disagree, everyone is due respect. Sincerely, CoLor [View Quote] > This is just a statement in general about certain TEENS in activeworlds. > They are not just immature, they are also very sore losers. activeworlds. congratulations. should have just let it go, you're being really immature about it. p.s: Don't generalise! -SWE [View Quote] |
