Hello all -

As many of you know, Clee is very ill in a hospital in Illinois with an
Intestinal Fistula. There is a Get Well building site for Clee on AW at
23870.07N 2401.92E 0.45a 180 which keeps us all updated on his progress. He
and his family need our prayers right now, as things have been "touch and
go" with him since he was admitted.

Activeworlds Inc has agreed to set up a fund and collect any donations we
may wish to send on his behalf. This situation is financially draining, and
any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Checks can be made out
to Activeworlds, Inc and sent to their address: 95 Parker Street;
Newburyport, Ma. 01950. Please write in lower left hand corner of the
envelope: "Clee we love you fund". Credit card donations will be accepted as
well, either by email or by calling Activeworlds at (978) 499-0222.

Wow I have no idea what to say. The outpouring of love and support thrown
my way and Clee's has just been astounding.
Clee was scheduled to have major intestinal surgery on Friday morning but it
has been postponed due to some problems getting his nourishment levels high
enough. The surgeon said at this time it could be weeks and weeks at least
till he is strong enough to go through with the surgery. He is on IV fluids
only and has only been able to eat regular food for a few days out of the
last 5 1/2 weeks. He is losing about 3 pounds a day right now.
He was able to log onto AW yesterday on a laptop in the hospital. He was
too weak to type but he loved all the telegrams that were waiting for him
when he logged on. He also loves all the cards and phone calls he has
received.
Once again, thank you all for all you do. This is an amazing community that
really comes together in good times and bad.

Hi all...
Just wanted to let you know that Clee just left by amublance to go back to
the hospital. He'd been home for a week but the situation was really too
much to handle for us at home at this time. He was there for over 3 months
and I feel just awful that he had to go back but it is really the best place
for him right now.
Thank you again for all the love and support you have given... it means a
lot as always.
