While watching the video, I wondered why you selected the glass panes to lower them, so I selected the lead trim instead and raised it up. That caused me to not have the faces to delete. I did have to merge some faces along the end, but it still saved me some time. This one took me 2.25 hours, but has a bit more detail that does not repeat.
