I generally work purely in wireframe mode in 6.6, as it's far more efficient. It doesn't bother me too much, very old-school.;)

I really like your work on this - it's one of those plug-ins that's just begging for an excuse to use it. I hope the fractals work out, this could be very nice.:)

I been working on this simple fractal feature for Scatter. It has its own tab, however there is an issue. The algorithm generates so many objects that it may end up being a bust. Here's the math behind it:

Total number of objects =

for i = 1 to maxiteration

total = total + number of (vertices, edges, or faces) to the power of i

So lets say you have a cube, you use vertices, and want 3 iterations.

The total number of objects created would be 8 + 64 + 512 or 584 objects.

3 iterations to the power of the number of (vertices, edges, or faces) generates that many objects. That's just a cube. I've tried running 3 iterations earlier on a sphere. I didn't think it'd generate 1,455,779 (113 ^ 3 + 133 ^ 2 + 113 ^ 1) objects lol. Though I think I may had plenty of memory to cover it, the time it would take to generate would be too long and I'm not sure if my video card could have handled all that in the scene. Then again my PC is old. I wonder how this would work on a new PC?

I also been working on documentation. I'm using html documents. I'm borrowing some code from the sdk documentation for having a menu on the side. I'm wondering though would you guys prefer the documentation to be online or be installed on your hard drive with the plugin?

I prefer the hard drive installation because sometimes I can't get online.
