Great deal but your link is dead for the Student examples under the electric guitar....

Your Company should really invest in a url checker and use link verification. Your web development dept. should religiously run it to find broken links. When users ( you know us... the new kid or the pain in the butt users...) find dead links they get the impression the sites are old, and in this case the deal is brand new! Just a thought. |

I'm pretty sure that's because the page hasn't been written yet/is in the process of being written.

Neither, slight glitch meant that the page was not made live before the weekend but unfortuntaley the link to that page is.
Shame really, I was looking forward to seeing it...;)
I have worked with Tom on several features and I have never met a more dilligent and reliable guy (via e-mail anyway...). He worked hard to get this done on Friday but the two elements (link and page) are just not 'connected' right now. Sure it will all be right by tommorow at the latest. |

Just a matter of teams - we have a team that writes the pages on the test server, and then when ready they get moved over to the live server by another team.
Every now and then, something is sat there and tested on the test server, but something gets left out in the go-live process, which is what happened here. The page was in fact complete and ready, the link was in fact tested and working, but one page didn't get made live, resulting in a dead link on the live server :( No process is ever infallible, unfortunately.
Unfortunately being a weekend, this was only discovered after the office hours on Friday, resulting in a longer than usual delay in getting that page live.
Apologies for that, as it is indeed a very nice page! Though I say so myself :) But then it looks nice not due to me, but because of the students on it!
Should be popping up live very soon.
Thanks!

Hey Paul,
Your students look like their lucky to have you. I showed my son your students work and his jaw dropped!
I wish I had TS in school growing up. (I wish computers were invented when I was in school)(or electricity);) |

Nah, I am lucky to have them really.
Ok, perhaps we are mutually lucky. Damn fine set of kids who use tS in their work but, like all schools, for every one who is talented at design-I have at least one who cannot steer a pencil properly. What you see here are some (but not all) of the best students.
Sure there will be more though... |
