TS7 freezes // Bugs 1  |   Order by default Post by bigL // Mar 17, 2006, 1:30pm bigL Total Posts: 16 Hi, first issue: i recognized that sometimes during rendering with vray or when saving a scene, the system freezes for some seconds (mousepointer stops with animation, windows does not respond !).....hopefully this will be fixed in an upcoming version, or maybe a fix. a second issue: is that it can happen, that ts7 itself stops responding to any actions (you can press everything, without any reaction !). the only way to continue is to kill the ts7 task by using taskmanager. regards, bigL Post by Vizu // Mar 18, 2006, 3:38am Vizu Total Posts: 628 TS7 freezes, is this youre first work in TS ? That´s just TS, no wonder about it and remember to save scene after change somewhat in youre work. Freezing and lockups are two differant things. You need to find out which one it is. Some problems are software some by hardware, determining which will help with your headaches. To be honest I rarely lockup but I also try to play by the rules too. Hardware was tested to work with software. The right drivers are being used. I would only reinstall software on my death bed....I would rather retrace my steps and fix it. If this was my business my answers would be differant.
