Everything really, the SDK lets you access what you need in the way you need it, or so it claims. So it would be possible to make right-click bring up a menu containing the items of your choice. I'm not very familiar with the SDK, but it doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to do since the tools already exist and it's just reorganizing them.
