Video Links In PDF Manual not working.. // New Users

 Are the "Video Links" in the TS pdf manual working? I haven't been able to access them since installing TS. I get an error message, (see below)


Might be a problem with my PC, or maybe the files/path no longer exist? I know these are reference links, could they have been removed or discontinued?


(Error Message) Cannot find file C/Documents %20 and %20 Settings/User/Desktop /TrueSpace/%20PDFMan/Resources/Chapter 1/pe.wmv. Make sure the path or internet access is correct.

 Did you download the videos, they are separate from the PDF. Also, if they are not in the expected directory, then they won't play from the links.


Best bet is just to open the folder where you installed them and play the videos directly from there, rather than via the PDF.

 Actually, if I remember, I think I just downloaded the program and pdf.


I just downloaded and installed the videos, they install to the PDF Manual folder in a subfolder. What happened was I had the manual installed correctly, but copied it to my desktop for convenience. So when I open the copied one on the desktop, the links to the videos can't find the path, but if I open the manual that's in the TS Program folder the links to the videos work ok. All set. Thanks!
