I've been with you for about half that time, but it's been great and I wish you all the best for the next 20! I, as I am sure many others, am interested in taking part in your competition about the most interesting project being created with your software. After reading the entry instructions, it says that any file attachments over 1Mb must be FTP-ed to your server. I was just wondering, what's the max file size that the attachment can be? That way I'll know what I can send and what I can't. Post by TomG // Jul 17, 2006, 6:03am TomG Total Posts: 3397 There's no max size for an ftp - as large as you have patience to upload on your connection basically. Can't have that by email of course since it would a) Clog up my email :) and b) probably not get sent or received by email servers along the way who would reject the file size. ftp though means that file size is not an issue. Send in your story without the attachment, tell me you need to ftp files, and I'll send you an ftp link to use. Thanks for the happy birthday for Caligari too :) HTH! That way I'll know what I can send and what I can't. Both WinZip and WinRar allow for compressed files to "span" more than one .zip or .rar file. If you have large file to upload, might be better to use this feature and upload several smaller files succesfully if you have difficulty with uploading a single file. Hope is helpful.
