have a friend in UK who is blocked from AW does anyone else have this
problem?

Is he behind a firewall? If so, then that is your problem. I hear AWCom is
working on a Firewall version of Active Worlds, but it may just be a
rumor....

they are.. but firewalls can generaly be configured to allow programs.. i don't understand how they can program something to bypass
every firewall.. could be a risk heh..
