I have my world hosted on a Unix, and had planned the same hosting provider
to run various bots, such as tourguides and other effects, 24/7.

No I'm told bots won't run on Unix computer. Is this true?

They WILL run, theoretically. Just compile the bot for UNIX.

Not a massive Unix person, but is the SDK available for Unix platforms? I
though ppl were still waiting (for example) for a Linux SDK.
