i want to renew my world but with 5 user limit instead of 10 so i wont have
to play so much.. anyone know who i contact via email to do this? billing
dpt. or sales dpt. or whatever dpt.?

Actually the renewal system should allow you to decrease the user limit. As from experience, it is not the case.

Always been told to contact billing at activeworlds.com that's what we give
out at the gate :)
