I am still looking for some one to host my bots. Is there anyone who

Um... in the previous thread by the same name calt exec already said where
to find a java bot server heres a copy of what was written.

runs on a servlet and can be programmed in javascript using a web browser.
However, this (open source) application will require spending sometime doing
some javaprogramming
if you want to do something serious.
