I think if AW had support for Ogg Vorbis files then it would be a lot easier
to builders who want to put long music/sound files into their builds to do
so. I have a 2 minute long song that is only about 840k at the lowest
quality level of Ogg, and it sounds like it was encoded close to 128kbps MP3
(to compare the two, that same song in MP3 has to be compressed to 64kbps,
which sounds pretty bad, to come close to Ogg). Ogg Vorbis is open source,
so I don't think AWI would have to pay any licensing fees or anything. Heck,
maybe they could even figure out a way to make it seamlessly loop like wave
files so we can have a compressed audio format for ambient
humming/effects/music. Not sure about everyone else but I know that when I
try to loop an MP3 in AW there's a very noticable pause as it "rewinds."

Just my $0.02,
-CMM
