We need a cell grid which you can see through everything for worlds with
terrain enabled.

The cell grid set up makes my eyes hurt as is. I usually end up going
cross-eyed and passing out everytime I press F10.

A very pointless reply :P It is very useful if you are trying to save cell
space or line lots up properly. In AWTeen you cannot see the cell grid
through any objects, making it very hard to figure out where the area is
full, for instance.
