I would see like to see a way for people to build together and both
have name on build and it be required all the cits approval to
delete the build. I think it would go a long way to promoting community
cities where people all felt an equal part in the build. Like in the
real world no owns City hall the people do in common.

This would require an absolutly huge rewrite of the ownership system... its
not really worth it, use a PPW and only let someone have the PPW to delete
it if all agree.

I think aw should add to it, :) make a new type of citizen :) called group
and just write for specified group, this would add a voting thing probably
or approvals, and the purchaser of the citizen could set certain attributes
such as;
Majority rule:would make it so majority of users added to the citizen rights
list for the group cit, would need to say yes on the poll for it to be
given.

or maybe aw should add a guild system??? :) Gaiaonline just added a guild
system and it could be incorporated to aw easily, and itd be very neat too.
this could use the above mentioned things, as well as group forums,
membership fees? so inside of aw people could start things where to belong
its 5 dollars a month, and this could allow for citizens to be added as
administrators, and a hierarchy system could be added

not complete...just an addon needed. completerewrite wouldmean not
incorporating current building... you could add this new account type to get
rid of the need for destroying old account type :)

You would effectivly need a rewrite to have each object track each person
who has authorised its deletion and each record would need to be tagged to
each group etc...

SW City uses PPW for cooperative building but, ya know, it can only go so
far. I'd be much more open to the idea if the PPW system could be improved,
like, for example, being able to see who's on my PPW right now, and being
able to "kick" them off should something malicious occure.

I remember suggesting that to Roland back in the day and he said it would
require some major work (or reworking) in the server code...
