What would be cool would be a world-specific "Actions" tab.

I don't mean like avatar actions. I mean like customisable actions that
could be set in some type of worldserver-side file (like the registry),
some sort of ini file:

"Teleport to Alphaworld" teleport "aw"
"Go to Homestar Runner" url "http://www.homestarrunner.com"
"Check Bank Balance (RPG or something)" sdkevent 20

I dunno about the sdkevent thing. As far as I remember you can send
numbers to the bots or something so that could be like an Action button.

Basically it would be like what you've done with the customisable
buttons on the new toolbar skins except world specific.
