It would be nice now that it is possible to disable
user avatar selection to have a simple command
whereby the existing triggers could be used to change
the users avatar.

Requiring a full bot in order to use the new mechanism
is unneccessary when:

'activate avatar 20'

placed on a model of the avatar in question would be so
much easier.
