It would be nice to have exception rights... as in rights where everyone
except 111111 has build rights :-)

An old wish and imo. not more than a one hour task (plus
testing).

Especially useful for large worlds as the builders list
becomes full very soon so no new builders can be added
anymore.

I like this also. It would be useful for blocking people that you don't
want building, but you'd kinda have to have it the same as an eject feature.
Block building by IP, citnum and comp ID as IP and citnum can be changed...

Simple, it goes through the list and if currentitem starts with a "-" then
can't build, else can build
