Well, that perfect water would have to be not moving as well. The surface of
the water is what creates the refraction and any waves or uneven movement will cause refraction. I think it's rather unlikely that there would ever be perfectly pure water in nature, though, and rather tough to create in a lab. ;-) [View Quote] |
