Have the ability to turn off 3rd person view for all people but the builders
just like the shifting and flying.

In my opinion that's a bad thing.. I use 3rd person to build with.. and to
explorer better.. because I can't always see where something is for obvious
reasons.. color match being one of them :) It'd be a huge disadvantage..
like someone taping your eyes closed while you walk.. on the other hand if
you have a maze world.. you can stop people from cheating easily :) by
putting another layer up above the top of the maze so they can't see in..
that's the only reason I could think for wanting to turn it off :)

I use 3rd person to build alot also, I ment a way to turn it off so only the
ones that can built can use it.
