Anyone know any bots which will run under linux / unix? Something without a GUI , something simple which will run in console. Many thanks Simba1 -- Shaun Okeefe Undernet Webmasters / Promotions simba at user-com.undernet.org andrasNov 14, 2004, 12:57pm

The new ChatRelayBot version supports *nix, and is going great. It will
be released soon, and probally Tony M will be replying to this thread with more info ;) -- Signed, TheMask :: Owner of Delusional-Minds Hosting :: Free world hosting.. Just a T-Gram will do it. bowenNov 14, 2004, 3:28pm

"gcc file.c" will give you the default a.out file.
I think gcc -o client file.c is how you change it, you then, of course, would ./client to run the bot. simba1Nov 14, 2004, 3:44pm
I think i need to install the SDK first......

I think they need to be in /usr/lib then all you'd need to do is go gcc
-o client -law_sdk source.c I'm not sure if it works the same on BSD, which seems to be what you're using. andrasNov 14, 2004, 5:49pm
