Has anyone attempted to control immigration through a website? If so is it
available for download before I spend a week reinventing the wheel. If
not...anyone got a good place to start? Looking at the sdk and I get what I
need to do but my C++ knowledge is next to nothing.

You use PHP and the PHP SDK from grimmsoft.com

You then log it in, add the cit, delete it.

No hes after server side citizen creation once you register on a website.

And I've created web based things for AW recently and In the passed I've
done paypal IPN its not hard at all.
