Hi everyone:

Sorry if I butchered your name, but I have an offer for ya.

I'm in the midst of building a hospital in the area of 5000N 623E on
AW (The land in the area is well covered, so DON'T EVEN THINK IT
vandals!) and was wondering if you'd be interested in building one of
your Porfessional Plaza complexes like the one you have in your town.

Such a build would be the PERFECT compliment to the hospital, which I
hope to complete by the end of this month (crossing fingers).

Lemme know either via reply post or telegram, would ya? Mucho
appreciated :)

Because the installation of 4.1 wiped my contacts list (As I'm sure it
did with everyone else) and I have no other way to reach them?
