Programmers with knowledge of sdk that are willing to work at an affordable
price... who can deal with deadlines and can program a rather complex and
long bot.

Not a whole lot of them now-a-days. Comes with AW's small community size
:X. I think I can count all the knowledgable bot programmers on 1 hand :P
