Okay, I think that non-paying users (tourist) should have all the features
that citizens have available for 2 weeks or so... after that bye-bye. Other 3d chats seem to be very sucessful with this. baroNov 20, 2005, 11:08pm
How would you enforce it? Make them sign up using a credit card that then
bills then automatically after 2 weeks? If tourists needed to have a credit card or something like that to sign in, it would discourage a huge chunk of them, and using a credit card would be the only reliable way to enforce this.
