Is that available? I can't seem to get it running in my world. I can do
activate and bump but not create. I have seen it working in other worlds as
recently as this morning in the wee hours in another world. Perhaps it's a
world host upgrade?

It's not checked ... but others are having the same problem in their worlds,
they also can't use create media.

I got this problem resolved thanks to Tengel! Seems I had media and urls
disabled in my world and that would not allow create media to run. Hugzzz

Oooops, thanks to Mauz too, who apparently was trying to tell me to check
the WORLD features, I checked the BROWSER features ... me bad :o/
