hey, I have just created a tutorial for making each tab its own button
on the AW 3.5 toolbar so this way you can access each tab by just simply
clicking a button on the toolbar. and you can click it again to close
the tabs too. this makes it easy access without blocking space or
resizing anything. the tutorial is at
http://mystuff.virtual-studios.net/tutorials/tab_toolbar_buttons/

I would like to thank Goshenta for explaining to me how to do this while
chatting and inspiring me to make this tutorial to share with the aw
community.

NICE Alex, good work, i'd like to see a completely redone classic one to
match the old one but with the new functionality, but hey i can't complain,
good work.

Great idea, alex. It would be a good thing if AW added icons for the
tabs at a fixed place in the toolbars BMPs, so as to avoid future
chaos, like people putting these icons anywhere on the bmp. Like that
we would know where we can edit them.

CC-ing this to AWI :)

A very nice lead Alex to the personal customization of the client
software... Now all we need is the rest of it customizations. Then it
becomes more exciting..

Share and enjoy

i copied the tutorial to
http://www.mvdigital.com/aw/tab_buttons_tutorial/index.html
there, now nobody should get dead links

the problem with the other is that the file is there just how the domain
is configured it becomes a 404 error to certin people.
