Anyway, the url goes to a download site for a free program that uses real
time reflections/refractions, camera glare, multisampling.. etc, anyway it's
photo-realistic graphics. Best I've seen so far.

That thing requires VS and PS 2.0 in hardware. That means GeForce FX and
Radeon 99999999544665 cards.
