What happens when SW City denizens can actually talk to each other? Chaos,
insanity, and hopefully a darn good show! Each one hour show is packed with
our opinions and analysis on Active Worlds and it's community, not just SW
City. Each show presented in stunning radio-quality MP3 format, compressed
to under ten megabytes in size for your downloading convenience. Sit back,
relax, and enjoy. COB knows this place needs it...

Hi everyone:

[View Quote] Very interesting show, but just two things.

1). Coimit - How much did you pay for your "microphone"?? Sounds like an
overdeviated, overdriven $10 cheapie.

2). Cut out the RL news. If I want RL news, I can turn on Fox News.

Aside from that, you guys should SHOUTcast to a live audience. Would you
mind if I put this on my radio station, Jeeper One Radio Network?? It's on
SHOUTcast. The station website is http://kpdcnetradio.tripod.com/

Just my $.02 worth :-)

Cheers for now :-)

Actually it's pretty deluxe. It can pick up a whisper from across the room
(seriously) =P
Unfortunately, that's the problem. It's too sensitive, and picked up
everything including some feedback =\

[View Quote] Well....Either the mic volume on your computer needs adjusted or you need to
back away from your mic because there were times you were on the brink of
distortion it was so unreadable.

I know it's not on Chris' end because Gobber sounded just fine (albeit a
little on the low side) and Mike sounded good too. I don't recall "Sam"
ever talking though...

BTW Chris....That TeamSpeak software......Nice software. :-) Downloaded a
client and a server for myself (fo my own live shows) :-)

Cheers for now :-)

Yes. I think it would be great if you put that on your station. Please
e-mail me the details and stuff at chrisw10 at skywalkeronline.net and we'll
link to your show from that page. Same goes to anyone else who wants to run
it. Just make sure I know about it first. :)

It'll be better next month. And the news is supposed to be quirky. There
may have been a few misunderstandings on that line, but it'll be better next
month. I've got a few funny stories lined up already.

Huh? I'm Sam. Who did you think I was then lol =P

I had my mic's volume as low as it could without being off. I don't think
it pays much attention to that though. It's a USB microphone so it doesn't
have conventional volume control X_X

It's a work in process. It'll be better next month as Chris said =)

Hi everyone:

[View Quote] Right now I don't have a show devoted for Hamsterville, but I'll be sure to
let you guys know once one is launched. :-)

As for your show Chris, I'll be sure it's put in one of the directories that
makes up the playlist my station runs. :-)

Cheers for now :-)

Next time you're down at the music shop (not the type that sells CDs), ya
might wanna look at picking up a REAL mic (PC mics aren't really very good
as the audio quality just isn't all that good).
