Beta newsgroup should be open to everyone using a beta version of the AW
software. Because of this problem, you find beta problems posted to
different groups. I wrote support last week and asked them to allow me to
post in beta. Their reply was that I should write to
support at activeworlds.com about anything to report about beta. I hope they
change their minds and allow citizen beta testers to post to beta newsgroup.

E-mail me all of your bug reports and i'll forward them to the Beta NG for
you, hows that?

Well.. considering when they released the beta it was specified that you
should e-mail support at activeworlds.com with "beta" in the subject. If you
don't like that, then I guess you shouldn't be beta testing.

....It's not a perfect world....

Its never good to post on the newsgroups at 4:30 in the morning. Everybody
complains when the post; see, I'm complaining about you posting at 4:30.

This was tried during the 3.0 beta. The result of this was instantaneous.

It was chaos. Pandemonium. Insanity of unrivaled proportion. Bedlam which would make lesser wars quake in terror. Confusion of such magnitude that it would make CNN seem concise.
