AWLDW is the ticker symbol for their Series B redeemable common stock
purchase warrant, exercisable for one share of common stock (common stock symbol AWLD). The warrants were part of the May 2000 offering of 1,260,000 units. Each unit consisted of one share of common stock and a Series B redeemable common stock purchase warrant to purchase one share of common stock at $4.675 per share. The warrants currently trade for a few cents due to the excessive premium of the exercise price over the current common stock price. [View Quote] pc hamsterApr 12, 2002, 8:47pm
Hi everyone:
[View Quote] I think this is a GREAT idea for a lasting tribute to those who tragically perished in the 9/11 disaster. I just hope AWLD follows through on this.... Patrick |
