Is it me or was the ability to debug using the sdk a helpful thing? I think
it was a bad idea to disable it, being it helped developers to make
conclusions about their bugs.

I tried the wrapper in both Visual Basic 6 and Visual C# .NET. No luck in
either of them. I'm getting the same errors as everyone else. I'm guessing
AW has caught on by now.

Hopefully, we'll get a resolution soon enough.

AWI has updated the wrapper. Problem is, now when you destroy an instance
the sdk causes the compiler to crash.Does anyone know anything about this?

The routine is still the same. Make sure you're connecting to port 6670.

I'm wanting to use this new sdk COM wrapper in the .NET enviornment. That's
kind of hard to do when it doesn't import into a project. I fix for this
would be nice

Second Life has a avatar customization deal that allows users to customize
from their body shape, to their clothes. That would be nice in Active
Worlds. The Stage Coach Island method wasn't very good, being that it still
used preset customs.
