hey would you know what would make a floopy drives green light stay on? I
tried 2 of them in one of my computers and the green light stayed on both.
I did reboot many times and there is no OS on the computer the BIOS does not
see the floopy drive.

Thanks for the adivce but none of it has helped i have the cables the right
way only one way to put it in it has a block on it.

weebo like i said before there is no OS on this computer. I been
rebuilding. I know it a pentuim it a packer bell it came out of the trash
lol when I find a computer out in the trash I give it a home:) This the only
one what is giving me a hard time lol I didn't have this floopy drive
problem before but when I got new harddrives for it this problem came up
lol. Oh let me throw out another question for you how do you get power back
to a hardrive when the area you hook the power is gone?
