AWTA is taking new members again

Dec 17, 2001, 4:52pm
ActiveWorlds TravelAgency offers a free advertising service for AW users. AWTA members advertisements (jpg image) are displayed in
AWTA "offices" around AW worlds. AWTA staff will build an office into its members place. When users around the ActiveWorlds Universe
see an ad and click on it, they will be teleported directly inside the office in advertized place.
You can join through this link:

AWTA is taking new members again

Dec 17, 2001, 6:04pm
I remember when we talked about the issue earlier this year. And, thanks to your comments, there is no need to have Alphaworld-based
objects in member-worlds anymore. Quote from AWTA rule #8: "All objects required for the office must be found in the world's object
path." -The necessary objects are basically object for displaying jpg-images (member ads and AWTA logo), object for diplaying text
(place name) and objects used as walls etc. where AWTA colors can be placed.
