Yes...this would help in RPG's where there are floating platforms. As of

I would really like to see AOA in AW. This way, you could have an object
"cling" to another object so that their highlight cubes are touching. There could also be commands as to which side of said object would be attached to the which side on the other object. However, it would be temporary; when you move one of the objects, the other object does not come along with it, as Shift-clicking would do. This command could probably be most useful for attaching walls that are rotated on the X or the Y axis, to create an arch effect. Automatic Object Adjacency (AOA)Dec 30, 2003, 3:56am
By Automatic Object Adjacency, I meant Activated Object Adjacency.
Automatic would mean to click a button that automatically makes all objects within a given range to snap to a given object automatically while activated. However, this could be turned on and off so that all objects wouldn't snap to the given object. |
