hey,


just a thought.... why can't the avatars list go up n down like in windows
start\programs with the arrows ? or more like that anyways. Also .....
can we get an UNDO button for building ?

why are mp3's and wav's on the same check box for options settings ? i
mean wavs (most) are small and mp3's(most) are frieken huge........ can we
get these separated so you can chosse to just not hear mp3's ?

Well it seems good ol' Daphne has struck again......... i sure hope she
replies to this issue in the group. Anyways.... I am posting to simply say
that I will continue to contribute to CitBingo as long as my friend Jynx is
involved. I always liked doin bingo because it gives me a way to contribute
to the community . Last fall i had problems with Daphne and pulled out of
bingo. However I was very happy when Jynx became involved and decided to
jump back in. I cannot tell Daphne how to run her bingo....... i cannot tell
her who to like...... i wouldn't even try, but i wouldn't go aroung makin
such bold statements to groups i do not like just because i don't like them.
Baron is simply doin what i am for citbingo. Giving back to the community
and sharing with aw through his talents. Those talents having nothing to do
with any group or association. It does not matter what group anyone is
involded in...... we are simply here for fun. Jynx is my good good
friend... so for anyone who cares. As long as she is still involved with
Citbingo..... i will support her. I am very very sorry about SoS
leaving..... it is a sad turning point..... i wish you well :))

hey,

yes wheni first found aw it was called alphaworld ......... who ever owned
it also had worlds.net i believe ......... it might have been when COF
bought it it became activeworlds....... i can't rem exactly when it swiched

interesting.... but hard to say since the whole nasdaq or whatever is way
way down....... and fromwhat i read it will continue to do so.... wall
street is a hurtin...... this effects all stocks.... check dow jones fom a
year ago & see

alphaworld ......... someone else renamed it later ......... not that i

the market has been falling since i believe august....... but i'm guessing
you'll go find somefact somewhere for us to read again lol .......... buy
some stocks & you'll follow it better

this will be my final reply cause this is a waste but......... i did not
read any history because i need not to. In may of 1996 when I joined
Alphaworld that is what it was........ there was no error in my post.....

explain how the name alphaworld in may of 96 is unsure or wrong ..........
because that is all i put in here . i also only stated that aw became
activeworld AFTER this time. but of coarse not everyone would remember this
cause they were NOT there.

i actually liked the name AlphaWorld better (no offense) ......... but
either is AW ....... i like it. They should go for more inteviews in techie
and comp magazines again. That was how i found AW. There was an article in
one about 3d chats online. One was worlds. the other i don't remember.....
the last was AW (the only free one) . Met alot of nice ppl over the years.
