Does anybody have or know of somehwere that I can get the texture of a meter ruler without having to scan one in? I mean the texture with all of the numbers and markers on, so that I can just paint it onto an object.

Why not just scan it in Hemulin. Rather than making life difficult + probably easiest way even if you had to do it in 3 or 4 seperate pieces. anyway:rolleyes:

Try this freeware jr_screen_ruler program.

It puts an image of a ruler inches or metric above any program.

Just tested it and it appears to work with tS66.

I have no clue how accurate it is.

There is a pro version, but didn't check it out.

Couldn't he make a pixel/cm texture from a screen shot of the ruler?

Once made, you could even check out the accuracy of the texture ruler with the ruler.

i.e.

|Pixels across the top |

|Centimeters across the bottom|

You're right Stan, I do want it for a scene, and I want to save myself the backache of scanning a meter ruler in. Really i'm just wanting the full metre long (scaled down of course) image of a wodden ruler (preferably). The ruler is to be rendered along with the rest of the scene.
