Hey folks. Been working on this for a while. You may remember the first one, which is currently kicking around on Youtube, Aniboom and a few others. So far, I've got about 5 minutes of this finished of the final 12 - 13 minutes total running time (which, if you put part 1 with it, makes for an approximately 26 minute short). Ought to be finished by the time I'm 87 (lol).

Anyway, sorry for the large file size on the photo here. Hope you like it though.

Thanks folks. Not to worry, I don't think it'll take me as long as I said (I'm 41, so I sure hope not...hehe). The blue pig creature is my first attempt at a fully rigged motion studio character. I basically load up a facial animator head, add my .wav file for the dialog, get the facial animator to give me an approximation of the dialog, then use that as reference in order to animate the mouth on the critter. Lip synch with this method has proven to be surprisingly easy, though it requires a few low res renders to tweak. So far I've gotten to play with a few fairly elaborate shots, including two that required physics. Forgot to mention that I'm animating most of this in TS 6.6, though some renders are in 7x, mainly for HDRI. Hopefully soon I'll have some more to share.

Take care.

Thanks folks. This has definately been a learning experience. The first one was a challenge, but a lot of fun. Trying to set the bar a little higher this time. Thanks for your comments.
