Hi! I´m teaching Truespace 7 on 12 workstation Dell Precision 380 without a problem. Now I´m using the newer Dell Precision 390 (2.13 Ghz Core Duo Extreme 2, nVidia Quadro NVS85, 2Gb of RAM) and I can´t start up Truespace in this computer... Any Ideas??

Thank you a lot!!

From the sound of it you are trying to run tS7 on workstations on a network. It is possible that the 390's are not set-up properly.

Could you give more info eg:

Does it give an error message on startup

What is the error message

What OS are you running

Could be the nVidia drivers. I know there was an nVidia driver issue with some Laptops and tS7. With my own personal experience, I ended up having to use a hacked version of the 84.15 beta driver to get all my apps to work on my laptop's ge6600 vid card. Other drivers that worked for one, didn't necessarily work for the other. Your mileage may vary though.

If you want to play it safe, I don't think there were any problems with the 77.xx and previous drivers and tS7.

Good luck solving the problem!

YES!!!

Sorry, I resolved the problem 40 minutes later than I posted the message. The problem was Dell nVidia drivers. I just went for the nVidia Last drivers and the program now runs smooth and without a problem.
