Load it from a tS7.6 library and it will pop up as a panel as shown. It has most of the functionality as the Animation Editor toolbar does, except it has a scrubber and you can right click the Play button which will shrink the play range to fit your animation. Note: When you first use this scrubber it does not respond very well. As soon as you click a few buttons it should start to work after that. I know it is not very pretty but it is versatile and compact. You can use it without the Animation Editor open and you can drag it around your Workspace. You can also Minimize it.
