The orange Vertices represent the placement of Joints when building a Skeleton. Activate the Character Editor and start placing Joints starting with the Chest and working down. First Recording is just the Plane and the second uses Grid snapping. With the Grid Snapping enabled, after you place a Joint use the Widget to snap it into place.
