This trueCamera is a modified Camera that exposes the Owner Matrix. There are Scrubber controls for Position and Rotation. First scrubber on left is a whole number step and second scrubber is a 0.125 step. The reset > buttons restores the default settings. There is a button to quickly go to Camera View or Perspective View. There is a button to change to Wire or Solid. Also with this camera you can use the Object Navigation Widget to position and rotate.

Note: Using the Object Navigation Widget to move or rotate the camera has its own set of values that are in addition to the Owner Matrix values. Best way to explain it is to try it yourself. Expand the WldMatrix and watch the values change as you use the Object Navigation Widget. Selecting the reset > button for the Matrix will restore these values to their default settings but will not override the values entered from the Owner Matrix.
