It would be me that would fix it :)

Its now an include, used on the home page (ie forums and home page include this same file) - now, the home page can't link to the home page as that would be untidy, so the link is not active. I'd have to make a separate include for the forums, which would negate the benefit of an include (change one file, navigation changes everywhere on site).

Meantime, the caligari.com link is still at the bottom of every forum page, so no-one is stuck for getting there if they want to get there and dont have it in Favorites, drop down URL bar from history, and don't want to type it :) We'll see if we update it or not, currently involved in doing other updates (due out today) which take priority.

I dislike pages that will actually load themselves, I find that rather irritating that you can see the link and it looks like its going someplace, and all it does is reload the same page you are already on ;) The nav was just rebuilt to be more tidy with its includes, so perfecting the last details is not done yet.

As I say, we'll take a peek at it when time permits, but it shouldn't be bringing anyone to a complete stall so I'm working on some other items first!

So why you don't add logic? ;)

in php something like this shoul work

<?php

if (getenv ("HTTP_HOST")=="www.caligari.com"){
echo "<img src=\"img.jpg\"/>";
}
else{
print "<a href=\"www.caligari.com\"><img src=\"img.jpg\"/></a>";
}

?>

That's what I mean by perfecting the details :) Bigger things are afoot first though before I can tackle that.

As I say, bigger items :)

Twitter followers will also know there is a new website "go live" process which has just been bedded down in the last day or two. So it just't hasn't been time to be tackling non-essentials, had to focus on the bigger items and make sure they went well. As noted though, we'll look into it once these items are done and dusted and time permits exploration into the niceties - meantime, the home page isn't too hard to find ;)

Tom,

How in the world can you say that with a smilie face? VRAy's death is not something to be excited about.

The smile is for getting the third party developers the recognition they deserve (as preparing that has been the largest part of the work over the last day or so).

That, and the ongoing plans to add pages for each developer, and get them on our home page, definitely makes me happy. It's good to be able to use the website to support them, and all without any licensing or taking some of their money too.

That's where I am focusing my energies and focus right now, I hope to have new developers to add in the next day or two, and work on web pages for the developers over the next week or two. And that to me is a very good thing, it's been a while since third parties disappeared from our website pages, and I'm glad to be adding them back!
